The planned first drop is a production-funded preorder for delivery within the United States only. Paid checkout is not open yet, and it will not be presented as in-stock inventory.
Processing and delivery
Paid checkout is currently closed. Klintara plans free U.S. shipping for the first drop; the final method and timing will be published before checkout opens, after the supplier, sample, documentation and fulfillment plan are approved. Tracking will be emailed at dispatch and, if you use one, shown in your account. Every future order can also be checked at track your order.
If Klintara cannot meet the promised shipment timing, you will be notified and offered the choice to accept a revised date or receive a full prompt refund, as required by the FTC Mail Order Rule.
Tracking and damage
Where tracking is available it is provided after dispatch. If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact [email protected] with the order number and photos of the package.
