Finding your reference
The order reference is in the subject and body of the confirmation email we sent when you paid — a short code of letters and numbers. If you created an account with the same email you paid with, every order is also listed in your account.
Still stuck?
If the reference will not match or the email is long gone, write to us from the address you paid with and a person will look it up. Refund and cancellation terms are in returns & refunds.
