Pre-launch notice
Klintara is not currently accepting orders, so no products can yet be returned. This page will be updated before launch with the return window, product-condition requirements and step-by-step process.
Marketplace purchases
Orders placed through Amazon, eBay, Walmart or another marketplace will generally follow that marketplace's return process and applicable seller policy.
Defective or damaged items
When sales begin, damaged or defective deliveries should be reported promptly to support@klintara.com with the order number and supporting photos so we can review the issue.
