Klintara

Legal / privacy

Your data.
Handled clearly.

Effective August 9, 2026. This notice explains what Klintara collects, why we collect it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you join the Klintara first-access list, we collect the email address you provide. If you create an account, we also store your email address, a securely hashed password and your sign-in sessions. When you place an order as a guest or signed-in customer, we store the checkout email, order reference, purchase details, shipping information and the payment status PayPal returns to us — we never see or store your card details. If you use the contact form we store your name (if given), email address, chosen topic and message so a person can reply. Our server may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and the security logs needed to operate and protect the site.

We also use Amplitude, an analytics service, to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, buttons clicked and session recordings of on-site activity. This data is tied to a random device identifier, not your name, and form fields are not captured as you type. It helps us fix what is broken and improve what is not.

How we use it

We use your email address to send launch news, product-test updates and first-access information. Technical data is used for site delivery, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and security. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information may be handled by service providers that host the site, deliver email or support operations, only as needed to provide those services. First-access information is retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or it is no longer needed for the stated purpose.

After a verified purchase, Google Customer Reviews displays an optional survey invitation. To operate that opt-in, we share your order ID, checkout email, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google; Google sends a survey after delivery only if you choose to participate. Google also collects aggregated interaction data from its store-quality widget. Choosing not to participate does not affect your order.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You can also delete your own data without asking anyone: sign in at your account and choose Delete my data. That immediately erases your account, any reviews you wrote and your first-access subscription. Captured orders are retained because tax and consumer-protection law requires it.

You may also ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting [email protected]. Rights vary by location and will be honored where applicable.

Cookies and changes

This launch site does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Essential infrastructure may use limited technical storage for security and delivery. We may update this notice as operations and legal requirements develop; the effective date above will be revised.
