Preorder terms
Founders Batch 01 is a planned limited U.S.-only production-funded preorder for up to 1,000 individually numbered tubs. Paid checkout is currently closed. Klintara is targeting 100 wipes per tub at 20 × 20 cm and 65 gsm; that format and its tub capacity remain pending a revised supplier quotation and approved sample. Final pricing, shipping timing and all purchase terms will be published before checkout opens.
You may preorder as a guest by providing an email for your receipt and order updates. A free Klintara account is optional. Guest orders can be tracked with the order reference and checkout email, and return requests can be started by contacting us from that address.
You may cancel any preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing [email protected]. If the final sample or documentation cannot support the product described, or Klintara cannot meet the promised shipment window, you will be notified and offered a full refund or the choice to accept a delay.
After delivery, you have 15 calendar days to start a return from your Klintara account. The delivery date and return deadline appear in your account and in delivery email notifications. Do not send an item back until Klintara confirms the return instructions.
Product imagery is pre-production. Final label placement and packaging may vary slightly from the visualizations shown on this site.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for lawful personal or business information purposes. You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the service abusively or misuse Klintara intellectual property.
Intellectual property
Klintara names, logos, packaging, site design, copy and imagery are owned by or licensed to Klintara and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use this site as intended.

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Klintara disclaims implied warranties relating to this pre-launch website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
